When will I get my invite?
We invite teams in waves before the public launch and email you as soon as your workspace is ready. Teams moving from Zendesk with a renewal coming up can tell us the date.
What happens to my email address?
We use it only to send your invite and a few launch updates. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I bring my Zendesk data?
Yes. The importer brings tickets with comments and attachments, users, organizations, groups, fields, views, macros, triggers, automations, SLAs and the help centre. See what moves over.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on every plan. The trust centre lists data location and subprocessors.
