Tickets

A ticket workspace your agents already know

Every conversation becomes a ticket with a full, append-only audit trail. Agents work from shared and personal views, open tickets in tabs, and reply, note, merge or split without leaving the keyboard.

Animated demo of ChaosDesk views and bulk actions: the agent opens the Unassigned tickets view, selects three tickets, assigns them to one agent in a single action, the view count drops from 33 to 30, and the next ticket opens in the workspace with its properties.

Tickets

What you get

Views, tabs, macros and keyboard shortcuts, laid out the way your team works today.

  • Views with live counts

Shared and personal views, Group by, column sorting, CSV export and bulk edit, merge or macro on hundreds of tickets at once.

  • Play mode

Next ticket from a view, with skip reasons and agent capacity, so the queue moves in the right order.

  • Collision and presence

See who is viewing or typing on a ticket, and agent statuses such as Online, Away, Lunch or Training.

  • Search that speaks your syntax

Query with status:open assignee:me tags:vip, save searches, and jump to any ticket with /.

  • Fields, forms and statuses

Custom fields (drop-downs with nested options, dates, lookups), conditional ticket forms and custom statuses grouped under New, Open, Pending, On-hold and Solved.

  • Side conversations

Email, Slack or Microsoft Teams threads with partners and other teams, kept out of the customer conversation.

Coming from Zendesk?

Ticket statuses, views, macros, keyboard shortcuts and the search syntax behave the way Zendesk users expect, so there is little to retrain.

How switching works

Bring your whole Zendesk history. Keep your way of working.

Import tickets, users, rules and the help centre, run both side by side, and switch when your team is ready.

Send us a line from your work address and we will add you to the early access list.
