Help centre cookies and privacy

Show a cookie banner, add Google Analytics or Tag Manager, and link your privacy policy.

Under Admin Center, Channels, Help centre, Cookies and consent sets privacy per brand.

Settings per brand

  • Cookie banner: show a banner on the help centre.
  • Google Analytics 4: your measurement ID.
  • Tag Manager: your Google Tag Manager container ID.
  • Privacy policy: the URL of your privacy policy, linked from the banner.

Choose Save for each brand.

Analytics and Tag Manager only run after a visitor accepts, so they need the banner. The banner offers Accept all and Only essential, and Cookie details lists the categories: essential, functional and analytics. Visitors can change their choice later with Cookie settings.

Tag Manager runs only on the brand’s own help centre domain.

Without analytics, the help centre uses only essential cookies, to keep customers signed in and remember their choices.
