Search syntax
Find any ticket, user or organization with property filters.
Search with plain words, or narrow it with filters. Press / to start.

Combine filters with spaces: status:pending group:Billing tags:refund.
Type a ticket number and press Enter to jump straight to it. Save searches you use often.
If you are coming from Zendesk, the same syntax works.
